Touch, pleasure and safety can feel like a tricky combination for many men - especially in group settings. This gathering is a chance to try something different; it's not a sex party, and it's not about hooking up in order to get off...

This is a unique opportunity for you to reset your relationship with consent and sensuality.

What is conSensuality?

An interactive, learning experience for gay, bi or curious men, informed by sensuality, safety and choice

What is this gathering?

A conscious sexuality workshop space for up to 11 cisgender* men who identify as gay, bi or curious to explore trust, intimacy and touch together.

Based on the 4 dynamics of touch that are the foundation of my one-to-one conSensuality coaching immersives, this carefully nurtured, and nuturing, group process is an opportunity for you to:

Access this life-changing relational work with me for less than the cost of the same work one-to-one
Share experiences, and benefit from the wisdom of others in a small group setting
Connect with other men who share your interest in learning how to be more conscious and consenting about touch and pleasure.

This gathering is about learning how to build intimate trust – with your own desires, with your own boundaries, and in relationship with another man’s body.

This is not like a typical workshop. It’s important this space is the right space for everyone in it. And getting things right takes time and care.

This gathering is a calling – it's about drawing the right group of men together at the right time.

*This is an event for cis(gender) men - those who identify as men, and were assigned male at birth.

When and where is it taking place?

We will be hosted and held by Heartlands retreat centre, Dorset UK.

A few hours drive or train-ride from London, Heartlands is both a private home, and a dedicated workshop space, set in stunning extensive and private grounds, with a swimming lake.

As its name suggests, care and nurturing is central to the ethos and feel of the space.

Mouth-watering vegetarian food is provided. Accomodation is a mix of single, double and twin rooms, with a couple of camping places.

How many participants will there be?

Who is it for?

Can I attend with my partner?

Yes - although this is not specifically designed as a couples retreat couples are welcome.

And... I encourage you to work at least part of the time with others in the group. Learning about connection often lands more deeply when we get to experience different types of connection with a variety of people.

That being said, you get to choose who you want to work with at every stage, so if you and your partner prefer to work only with each other that is possible.

How do I get there?

What's the accomodation like?

Because Heartlands is both a private home and a retreat venue some of the accomodation is in rooms which are bedrooms all year round, and some of it is temporary accomodation using rooms which are not dedicated bedrooms all year round, but which are converted to bedrooms for the duration of the workshop.

On the ground floor the twin rooms are created for the workshop using comfortable futon-style floor mattresses. There is a shared bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are a few more single or double bedrooms, and 2 shared bathrooms, each with shower.

There are also a couple of camping places (bring your own tent).

The workshop space is on the first floor. Unfortunately there is no step-free access.

What will happen during it?

The building blocks for this gathering come from my conSensuality immersives. As a group we will create a lovingly held container together, and go on a journey of exploration and learning with each other over the course of the gathering.

Each day there will be a number of spacious guided sessions, including structured practices to connect with your own body, and those of other men. There will be a focus on touch and pleasure.

There are also opportunities for social gathering and connection outside the sessions.

What kind of touch will be involved?

There will be invitations for self-touch, as well as touching and being touched by another. You get to choose moment to moment if, and how, you want (or don’t want) to be touched.

You will never be required to experience any touch you don’t want. You can choose to stop or change your mind about touch at any point, and opportunities for this will be built into the structure of the sessions.

How erotic will it be?

The gathering will be sensual rather than sexual. There may be opportunities to explore unclothed and genital touch but you get to choose how much of you is available, moment to moment.

Arousal and erotic expression is welcome, but we won’t be bringing an intention for orgasm or ejaculation. The focus will be on learning about, and building, trust, intimacy.... and physical connection!

Are there any discounts?

There is 1 bursary place available - at a reduced rate of £365 (£200 discount on a twin room).

This is available to support someone unemployed, or with an identity which has been historically marginalised or under-represented within this type of event, or community.
