Confirming your booking
Making the first deposit payment confirms your booking.
This confirmation payment enables me to cover the booking logistics, admin, travel and venue costs. Your booking is only confirmed once I have received this payment.
Because I cannot guarantee any dates we have discussed until I have received this payment I generally advise this to be made as soon as possible after we have agreed dates.
Payment schedule
- Deposit Payment of £250 is due immediately to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable
- Final Payment of £100 per hour (agreed in advance) is due no less than 48 hours before the start of our session. I have a 3-hour minimum session length
You are also welcome to pay the full costs at the time of your deposit payment.
Late payment:
If your final payment is not made at least 48 hours before the start of our session I reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation on your part, with any associated costs (see Cancellation & Rescheduling section below).
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I do understand that Life Happens. So here’s how it works if we need to make a change to our session date once it has been confirmed.
If you need to cancel:
I will keep your deposit payment.
If you have paid the full amount at the time of deposit I will refund any remaining money less the deposit if you cancel up to 48 hours before the start of our session.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of our session I will not be able to refund any money.
If you need to reschedule:
Changing the date of our session will affect any bookings I have already made for travel and venue.
You will therefore need to pay another deposit fee to secure the new date.
If I need to cancel or reschedule:
In the event that I need to cancel you will be able to transfer your booking to a new date with no additional charges.
I will not be liable for any costs (such as travel or accommodation) which you might incur.
Cancellation due to coronavirus:
Unfortunately I am unable to insure against costs for travel and venue which are lost due to coronavirus. If we are forced to cancel a session at very short notice because either of us has tested positive, or is required to isolate, I may incur unavoidable costs to reschedule.
I appreciate this is not an ideal situation, for either of us, and in such a scenario I will communicate with you to find the best solution on a case by case basis.

Two important notes:
Please make sure you select ‘personal payment’ rather than ‘goods’. This means I don’t need to charge you transaction costs.
If you're making a payment from a non-sterling (non-UK) PayPal account you'll need to add an additional 5% to the total you are transferring to cover PayPal's international transfer fees.
UK or international direct bank transfers:
This is possible - please let me know if you would like to use this method of payment.
