Touching for pleasure is about learning how to feel, connecting with sensation, and following what feels good in your own body

Welcome to your Touching For Pleasure practice

In this 30 minute audio I’ll guide you through a simple, but profound practice of waking up your hands, and your skin so you can feel more pleasure.

This practice contains some of the core principles that underpin all my work helping folks to reconnect with pleasure.

Doing this practice regularly can help you start to build a whole new relationship with touch.

It’s best to do the practice on your own to start with, so you can bring all of your attention to what you discover in your own body, without distractions.

Then, once you get familiar with it, you’ll find it can also bring a whole new dimension to your experience when you touch another person.

Get started…

Before you begin the practice you’ll need:

  • somewhere comfortable where you can sit or lie for half an hour without being disturbed
  • no distractions – turn off, or your mute, your devices and notifications
  • a cushion
  • a random object you can hold easily in your hands – don’t spend too much time choosing, just pick up whatever is nearest to you!

You’re welcome to be as clothed or unclothed as you want; skin to skin contact generally gives a more connected sensory experience.
