Pleasure In Yourself – Personal practice 3

What are you noticing as you move further into your personal practices?

Hopefully the guides we’ve explored together so far have given you some ideas of how you can move forward and create your own sessions.

And now you get to do just that! It’s your chance to start exploring on your own, using the 5 pillars of erotic embodiment – breath, movement, sound, touch, and focus of awareness.

Some things you might want to consider when deciding what to focus on in your practice:

  • what feels good
  • what feels challenging
  • what are you curious about

As inspiration feel free to use any of the suggested practices I’ve sent you.

Or if there’s a particular pillar you’re curious to explore more deeply you could choose to bring your focus to that for the whole practice. Or just dive in and create your own combinations.

There’s no right or wrong to any of this – notice what you’re drawn to, and follow that impulse.

Some tips as you’re preparing and getting set up:

After your practice session

Make sure to take some time to journal your reflections about your experience of the practice (you can write this, or record a voice note).

Some questions you might find useful as prompt points are:

  • What felt enjoyable?
  • What was challenging?
  • What would you like to explore further another time?

Don’t forget to send me a short report about your experience, as soon as possible after your session, so I can respond with support and suggestions.

And finally…

If you haven’t already, now’s the time to book your next 60 minute coaching call with me where we’ll discuss in more depth what you’re experiencing so far, and how you might expand where you go in your next three personal practice sessions.
